Agilent Technologies has completed the acquisition of Acqiris SA 14.12.2006 Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) today announced it has completed the acquisition of Acqiris SA. Financial details were not disclosed. Acqiris’ employees, most of whom are located in Geneva, Switzerland, have joined Agilent.
